Efficiency for our clients – your mission (examples of potential projects):
Development and optimization of quality management systems
Preparation, facilitation, and evaluation of workshops and audits
Support in developing tailored approval strategies and guidance for R&D teams
Qualification and (computer system) validation in a team setting
Hands-on consulting and client support on-site
You are a good fit for us – your strengths:
Successfully completed degree in engineering, natural sciences, or a comparable field of study
Ideally, initial experience in system qualification and validation of processes and test methods
(Basic) knowledge of ISO 13485, ISO 14971, EN 60601, MDR, IVDR, and EU-GMP is an advantage

Working at Grünewald
We offer our employees a permanent contract, 30 days of annual vacation, and a company pension scheme with an attractive employer contribution. We also provide numerous solar powered charging stations for ebikes and electric cars.
Ecological sustainability is equally important to us: in addition to our bee friendly meadow surrounding the entire building, we generate our own electricity as well as our heating and cooling supply through our inhouse photovoltaic system.

To find candidates who are the best fit for our team, we have developed a multi stage application process. After reviewing your application, we will get back to you within a few days.
In an initial conversation by phone or video call, we align mutual expectations, clarify open questions, and go into more detail about the position. In the next step, you will receive tasks with project examples from our practice.
The final step is the traditional on site interview with us. This gives you the opportunity to find out whether we are a good fit for you and you for us.
